Audit Trail

Your Web content is one of your most valuable assets. From the first Tacklebox implementation at the US Department of Justice, rigorous publishing rules were developed to prevent content, once published, from ever being deleted.

While content may be removed from the site, a full audit trail is always recoverable. That audit includes the content itself, all edited versions of the content and a full record of exactly who did what when.

This feature means that content versioning is automatically built into the system. Every iteration of an item is saved and the relationship between versions is maintained within the system. You can quickly access any previous version, to republish it — as is, or with edits.
