1. Why should I choose you over your competition?

   Brook Group has been providing creative services for more than 20 years. 2. There are quite a few big-name clients on your client list. Do you work with smaller clients?

   We definitely do! Our client list runs the gamut from small to medium to large organizations. Whatever the size — or budget — of a given organization, our client relationships often start with smaller projects, then grow over time. Sometimes it’s our pleasure to watch our clients get bigger as we work together.

3. Are you a consortium/virtual company or do you have full time employees?

   We employ 13 full time staffers and 7 contractors, as well as an extended family of partners. The “group” in Brook Group is embodied in this broad group of specialists. Each of them is an experienced professional with whom we have worked frequently, and we stand behind them as important members of the Brook Group team.

4. How much does a Web site cost?

   We do not work from a series of “slap your logo here” templates. Each Web site that we design is a custom solution based on the specific needs and requirements of our clients. 5. How will you make my content development job easier?

   Brook Group has a powerful tandem of content tools: the RAD prototyping tool is an easy to use site visualization tool. RAD allows Brook Group and its clients to quickly and easily organize content into a fully interactive Web site that provides a working prototype that can easily be changed and updated in real time. Our award-winning Tacklebox^® content management system is a robust full-feature site management system.

6. Are you a government contractor or a commercial developer?

   We are a federal GSA schedule holder. Since 1996, we have provided Web services to a variety of federal government clients, including the departments of Energy, Justice, and the White House.

7. Do you do Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

   We have developed a deep expertise in natural search engine optimization. All of our sites are built to emphasize SEO, and we offer consultation services in optimimzing site organization and content to maximize natural SEO. For more extensive services, we call on our partner, MoreVisibility.

8. How do you track results?

   Our most important measure is client satisfaction. At the close of every project, our president debriefs clients to see how we did and identifies areas for improvement.

9. Do you design sites that are section 508 accessible?

   Web site accessibility is a priority for us. As a federal government service provider, we have a full-time staff member whose primary job is making sure that we create sites that are accessible and where necessary, Section 508 compliant.

10. Can we send you our RFP?

    We respond to two RFPs a year.
