Building an interface to real estate

Brook Group was brought in to develop the new visual brand for the company. Our process began with doing research, learning about the market and the market Kittredge is after. Once the project goals were established we moved into the information architecture phase where we established a scheme that was organized by audience. We did research into popular keywords to drive our search strategy and some of our content decisions. Next, our design team developed an interface for the new site that would promote ease of use while evoking the core image attributes of the firm.
